Is this just Salesforce with a different logo?
No. Salesforce is a generic platform you configure to fit recruitment. Haulbase is pre-configured for HGV and industrial recruitment specifically — the pipeline, the data, and the compliance fields are already set up for how your desk works.
What happens to my existing data?
You won't lose it. As we get closer to launch we'll work with waitlisted agencies on migrating workers, clients, and jobs across.
When can I actually start using this?
Haulbase isn't live yet. Joining the waitlist means you'll hear first as we get closer to launch, and you'll have the chance to shape what gets built first.
Is my data UK-hosted and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Haulbase is built for the UK market specifically, with UK GDPR compliance as a baseline requirement, not an afterthought.
